Multidisk conveying machine ‘‘Irbis’’ – is a high-performance equipment designed for cutting natural stone blocks with dimensions 390*190*188 mm and strength of 40 MPa (limestone, shell limestone, tuff, sandstone) into plates with minimum thickness of 20mm.

Cutting tools are diamond disks with a diameter of 600 mm, which cut stone blocks in one-pass operation. The width of the produced plates is defined by the size of a space plate between disks. Loading and main conveyors, driven by one common motor, continuously feed workpieces in the working area. Then, ready plates pass through a watering and mud removal section and transfer to the offloading conveyor.

Multidisk machine ‘‘Irbis’’ is a perfect complement to the stone-cutting machine «Prima» for cutting wall stone and processing of non-standard blocks.
