Diamond wire stationary machine “Korona-5”— is a general purpose equipment designed for squaring and for cutting stone blocks with height up to 2000 mm and length up to 3000 mm into large pieces or slabs.

Working tool of “Korona-5” is a diamond wire with 10-11,5mm diameter.

Adjusting the diamond wire speed by frequency converter allows not only to cut the material of any strength and abrasiveness (limestone, marble, granite, basalt, glass, concrete products) but also to prevent wearing out of diamond wire and increase productiveness of the equipment. PLC makes the cutting process automatic and minimize operator’s participation.

Due to ease of assembly and rigidity of construction “Korona-5” can be installed both in a workshop and in the quarry.

Work pieces, produced using diamond wire stationary machine “Korona-5” can further be processed using multidisc machines and slabs can be processed using grinding and polishing machines.
