- Low-benching machine “Prima”
Low-benching machine “Prima” is designed for wall stone blocks extraction in the quarries, the size of blocks is 390*190*188 mm.
Working tools of this machine are saw blades with PCD (polycrystalline diamond) plates which are capable to saw rocks with strength up to 40 MPa (limestone, shell stone, tuff, sandstone) and ensures maximum productiveness.
Multi-purpose but compact machine design at the same time allows using it in quarries of any area and shape. If an additional spindle is installed, “Prima” can be also used for overburden works. All transmissions are situated in sealed housing which prevent getting dust inside and extend the service life of the machine. The machine’s reliability was proven by longstanding work of over than 300 units in quarries of Kazakhstan, the south of Russia, Azerbaijan, African countries of the Middle East.
Natural stone blocks produced with stone-cutting machine “Prima” can be further sawn up with the help of multiple-blade machine “Irbis” in order to get small blocks (plates) 20-60 mm in thickness.
