Chain saw machine «Victoria» (МКB-12) — is modern and reliable industrial equipment, the main purpose of which is extraction of stone blocks from quarries. The working tool of МКB-12 is a chain saw with quick release cutters, equipped with widia or PCD (polycrystalline diamond) plates.

«Victoria» is a multi-purpose machine, it makes all main types of cuts (horizontal cuts and vertical cuts), which allows separating a block from a massive rock.

Movement along the rails is carried out by a hydraulic motor. МКB-12 is equipped with rotary mechanism of the arm on 360°. This characteristic ensures maximum efficiency and productiveness and is essential for quarrying operations.

Stone extraction can be carried out continuously, by several machines working together and protective components guarantee safety in any operating conditions. Moreover, МКB can be used together with other mining equipment, such as diamond wire machines.

*Widia plates are used to extract low-abrasive rocks with strength up to 150 MPa; PCD plates – to extract rocks with strength up to 180 MPa and/or with high concentration of quartz.
