Bridge cutting machine “Ritm” is designed for cutting natural stone blocks with dimensions of 3100*2450*790 mm into smaller workpieces, slabs or plates with thickness of 10 mm.

Cutting tool is a diamond cutting disk with a diameter up to 2200 mm, fixed on a carriage spindle, which is moving along the axle on linear guides, inserted in an oil tanks.

Cutting can be carried out both in automatic mode due to a programmable logic controller and in manual mode. The cutting program is set up using a control touch pad and does not require continuous presence of operator. In manual mode control is carried out using keyboard panel and straightness of the cut is controlled using a laser ruler.

This type of equipment guarantees high productivity and high quality of the production, is convenient in service and easy maintainable.
